On 3-5-2022 my husband and I visited this location, switch from another carrier. The sale rep Miguel Sanchez was the person who took care of us. He sold us 2 phone a moto g stylus and a nokia x100 that were free with a transfer of service . Telling my husband that the nokia x100 was way faster in then the moto g stylus and really selling that phone to my husband. So we left with this 2 phone. After 2 hrs later my husband detriment that the nokia x100 will not work for his line of work, didn't even make a phone call off that phone. He was just totally not satisfied with that phone. We immediately went back with the phone. Has soon has we walked in he ( Miguel) gave a be sigh and rolled his eyes. My husband explain to him he could not used that phone for work. Miguel then stated ugh if I switch you to the moto g stylus it's going to take a longer time and telling my husband it going to cost you more money. We asked him why is it going to cost us more money if the phone are both free with a transfer of service which we did. He said because I gave you so many discounts and we told him we didn't ask for any discount. He just refused to change out the device. So we left that store and went to another store. At the other store they were super nice at the other store but they told us they could not make the exchange there because it need to be done at the store were the purchase was made. But they provide the number to corporate. We immediately contacted corporate they told us we were in the return policy which was 14 days. So they asked to go back to the store which we didn't go back till 3-6-2022 with corporate on the line on the line with Ace. Has soon has we walked in Miguel Sanchez was the only sale rep there. I told him we are here again to try and exchange the phone he stated I'm going to refused your service leave my store or going to call security. Ace immediately started to apologize for the service we were being provide at that location. We told Ace we were heading to another location. Worst 1st customer experience.

Miguel is super nice, helped me and my grand babies out yesterday. Showed me and broke down all the info I need to leave with right phone. He did tell me he's moving to the one on 1st Ave. I live in green valley. For this service I will definitely be traveling to see him!

Rejected because they were too afraid to assist even though they had their plactic covers and facemasks and we didn't. Don't go here unless you can afford facemasks. The refuse service to anyone healthy or not. And there are those of us who can not use facemasks due to another Condition not associated with this ridiculous covid. So don't even bother.
