All staff manage 3 stores flowing wells/Roger, Prince/Fairview, and Roger/Oracle. They are selective on who they actually want to help and be friendly too. There is a female who is the sister of Marlene. Who is really rude and always in a bad mood. You are trying to tell her your issue and is more interested in answering her phone. It seems you make her more mad that you talk to her. Not only that but I feel sorry for who ever has to stop within the last hour and try to do anything on there account. She closes the store at 6pm. Mind you they close at 7pm. The staff in the south are the best they are always friendly and helpful.

Metro as officially become Crux they've changed their plans the only unlimited plan available is $60 and that is $60 without the new $10 I protection fee it no longer includes Amazon prime they do not inform you of this upon purchasing a new phone. Most of the metros in Tucson Arizona anytime you go in to get a phone somehow there's always extra charges and they come up with both explanations . Upon purchasing this phone I even mentioned my Amazon prime account and the represented didn't even mention that they're not that's no longer a promotion they're offering and I'm pretty sure they did it so that they could get the higher amount out of me have no decent upgrades $15 off of the phone price is not an upgrade price which led me to having no choice but to buy a new phone which cost me $49 more than what it should have because supposedly it was free with a new line yeah and I was charged for it do not use these people go elsewhere

Recently helped my son upgrade grade his phone. In the process but two tablets. Have had service here for 8-9 years. Never disappoint! Fast friendly customer service. So many great options and always quick to problem solve when having real issues. Life savers in the age of phone attachment!

Very nice, patient , helpful employees, "Hanna" has the patience of Saint! I'm a very Senior Citizen and more than Challenged with anything electronic! Thank you Metro a breath of fresh air after dealing with T- Mobile ! Never confuse them, they are NOT the same company . I have always been treated very well , with patience , HONESTY and respect at Metro.

On February 6 2022 I had to buy a new phone so I went to this store. The agent opened up a second line without telling me and charged me an extra fifteen dollars. I caught the fraud Metro customer service fixed it. I warn anyone who goes here to be careful and double check your transaction. I'm sure she got paid for activation of a second line. Sure she figured I'm a senior citizen and wouldn't notice..shame on you.you get a bad review.

I have been into this store twice to get my intermittent connectivity issues corrected. Both times, I was told I needed a new phone (my phone has a semi-cracked screen, but has been working fine until the past month). I do not want a new phone, just a working phone (my phone is only 8 months old). The clerk (a young, brunette, bespectacled man) turned my phone off, then back on the first time. The second time he removed my SIM card and then claimed he was troubleshooting. His solution both times was to buy a new phone. When I did agree to a new phone, he said it would be $69.95 and he would "throw in a case and a screen saver". When my total came to $123, my husband questioned the charges. The clerk told him that when he said he would "throw in a case and a screen saver" he meant give us a discount. My husband said "We are not spending any money here." We left, went to a different Metro-PCS store (S. Craycroft in Tucson, AZ). Amazingly, the lovely manager at that store did not even try to sell us a new phone, she did a network reset and VOILA! Problem solved. If you are looking to be sold a new phone as a solution to your connectivity issues, by all means go to the Metro-PCS at Kolb and Broadway. But if you a looking for a fix for connectivity issues, go to a Metro-PCS store where the employees know what they are doing, and are not just glorified salesmen.

Don't listen to other negative reviews. This is one of the best stores I've been to in years. Great customer service, always a good conversation with the employees, and great prices too! Two thumbs up.

The service was pretty decent until I got home and realized I was charged 175.00 for a purchase that should of cost 130.00 at most. I also discovered I was charged for add on services I did not want and what is most bothersome to me is that when I went in to see why the difference in amounts as to what was on the invoice and what I was charged I was told I could only speak with the rep who assisted me about it, who was not there the two times I went in after for assistance. After I returned again I finally was able to speak to the rep who told me to ignore the invoice as they were from T-Mobiles call center over seas and we're always wrong and not to believe the messages that state what the balance of your account is either that they are always inaccurate to but to believe him when he says the extra 45.00 was for taxes on two brand new lines of service that should of only been 90 plus activation 20 each (which he also tried to tell me was 30 per line ). I feel like either this rep stole from me or was really inaccurate in all the info he gave me. Either way I basically lost 40 since my account reflects only part of the payment I made and it says the payment was made as cash also something that was incorrect.
