Vivi sucks she thinks she’s hot stuff she was helping us and went to get a case on a bottom shelf in front of my underage son and her thong showed not to mention she over charged me with extra accessories I NEVER GOT! I have the receipts she lied and said the company is paperless to save trees the man working Gave me my receiptShe needs to be stopped METRO T-MOBILE do something!!

My gf has been a happy Metro customer for several years and finally convinced me to move. The main reason I was going to move was because of the $25 price. She verified two different times that Metro would honor the $25 rate. However when we went into this store, the associate started to sign me up for a $65 rate. He said that we had to start there and maybe work down. Uh, no. In fact, he said customer service was misinformed and wrong. We immediately called customer service and guess what, he was wrong. We got on board with a $25 plan. Avoid this store and deal with phone customer service when possible.

Don't come here!! My mother is sick and went in to get a new phone on February 10th there was a Indian guy and a girl her named tag said Vivi they sold her a phone didn't let her know she had to pay activation she paid $500 for the phone when online and in the store say it's $250 they scammed my mother and Metro needs to do something they shouldn't be able to scam more people that are sick

Completely horrible management I was wrongfully terminated and on top of that I was not given my commission on my last check I attempted to reach out to my manager Crystal Perez zero help she only argued with me as well at the owner Sunhi completely unprofessional I asked for a contact for someone hire up to address my issue and they will not respond to me. The owners last message “I’ll get back to you later I’m busy” and yet no call from anyone…
