Went into the store today because I had an issue with my phone. I was assisted by Janet I usually get a guyIn the beginning she was trying to help me. Then all of a sudden In the blink of an eye her attitude changed. Customer service goes a long way, and I figured out the issue with my phone thanks.

Amazing Service!! Johnathan helped me when no one else would! I got help getting my data transferred over to my new phone, screen protector installed by him, and phone activated without any issues. Hands down the best customer service!

Sick of not being able to make a payment online. The customer service can't figure out why they're own payment system doesn't work have to always go in store and pay and EXTRA FEE FOR THEIR MISTAKES. SICK of it going to cricket so I can actually pay my phone bill STRESS FREE. what a ridiculous company surprised they haven't gone bankrupt yet.

Showed up before work in a hurry so I can pay my bill at 1010am and they weren't open. The sign says open at 10am. The lady inside saw me and did not even acknowledge me.

Two years ago I went to the T Mobile store to purchase a new phone. It was the worst experience that I have ever had in a phone store. The young man that was assigned to me acted like he could not wait to be finished with me. I asked him to show me the various Samsung phones. He refused to show me all the phones except for the A20(which is a piece of garbage).The whole time he was attempting to help me ,he was taking personal calls and texting (rude).When he was setting up my plan, he was supposed to set me up with the 55 and over plan.Two years later one of my friends mentioned what her monthly rate was which was $20 per month less than I had been paying for the last 2 years.Turns out I was not signed up for the 55 and over plan after all! I feel like I have been scammed and cheated! Twenty dollars a month for 24 months is $480, which I have overpaid T Mobile for sub par service.

She didn't greet us at the door didn't say anything continued to talk on the phone and with her manager why shouldn't costumer service handle that issue?? All about a billing problem for 114$ hella rude bro
