Teresa and Daisy helped me for adding two Samsung tablets to my existing phone line. These two employees are quite helpful and very much customer oriented. Very satisfied with the transaction. Highly recommended.

I recommend 100% to come to this store. Nancy explained prices and plans in detail. She also helped me with my Google account. She gave me the best customer service that no other store had done, also very clean store.

I went to active a phone since my previous phone broke. I called Customer service over the phone and they told me that it wasn't compatible because is an older model, I called on different occasions, on one call I was on the line for 1 hour. Got the same model that the previous phone and was working fine, so they keep making excuses. Went to this store to see if I can activate it, they told me I have to pay a fee for activation. I'm a customer for 6 years and I wasn't going to pay the fee, told the employee activate it or I switch carriers. The employee give me the phone back and give me the information so I can switch carriers. She didn't even try to keep me with this carrier.Won't recommend it of poor Customer service on the phone and bad employees that don't care for the Customers.

CHELSEA IS THE MOST AMAZING MANAGER EVER.I came in because I literally smashed my Moto G Stylus to pieces because it's a piece of S-H-I-T..I switched my SIM card back to my OTHER POS the LG Stylo 5....but the phone would not work. Back in the day, you could just swap SIMs and the phone would work right away. NOPE! not at PCS.You have to get your phone REACTIVATED which is $23 for a phone I ALREADY HAD!! anyhow, this is where Chelsea absolutely shines. She waived my fee! It's been a tough week and I was upset about being charged reactivation for a device I already had, but she hooked me up!Chelsea,let me take you out sometime and repay your gesture! ?

Lost my phone Chelsea girl so lazy says you have to call 1800 number to file claim, knowing she can do it in the store and take cash. I have done it in the store multiple times . Thinking about switching ato cricket

Quite Literally The Worst Store in Tucson!!! We had accidentally left my husband's charger out and the puppy got to it. When we had noticed it, my husband had a very short time before he had to head out for work. He had decided to go to the metro PC around the corner on 1st and Ft Lowell. We had never been to this store. My husband's cousin manages a few of the stores here in town but this store was closer to us and we were short on time. The Associate, Jennifer, was extremely snotty and disrespectful. She had an extremely stuck up behavior that was not appreciated. I was on my husband's speakerphone the entire time and witnessed her behavior. She had an attitude on basically anything my husband said to her. My husband said he had parked right outside the front door. He could see them from his car and they could see him. I hung up with my husband and called my the MetroPC that my husband's cousin manages. Even though his cousin wasn't there I was able to speak to an associate. The associate Carlos was very nice and was going to give me a $20 discount as part of one of their promotions. So I told my husband to go and return it since he had not even left the property I didn't see the issue. Jennifer again at her best decided to say "I can't refund your purchase". Even though the package was not even damaged and still in the bag that she placed it in, not to mention she was watching him the entire time as he was still on property waiting for my phone call. He was waiting out of the store no more than 5 minutes before he walked back in. There is no excuse for this type of ignorant and rude behavior! Lesson learned, from now on we will either go to Roger and First or to the location on Glenn and Campbell!

Yes i got my phones that i paied for after 5 hours! No joke it took lupita and bradon all day to get a pin from one of my phones. We were all tired but it shouldn't take 5 hours to put someones phone together!

Me an my husband showed up there mindaM morning to pay our bill ,,,,an my husband asked a question about his bill an the snobby worker gave my husband addtiude ,an I asked her what was that all about an she just gottone worse ,,,, I hope some higher management is reading this because she is not a good employee for this kind if work ,,,no costumer service,,I will not be returning to this place nor my family
