Metro PCS manager was so rude and unprofessional he wouldn't allow me to even talk, but talked over me. Customer base is what pays their paycheck. They wouldn't be employed if it weren't for their customers. This manager needs training in how to speak to customers. He yelled, waved his arms in the air like a street thug-distasteful. No knowledge my phone burnes up and I just bought it less then 5 days ago. His response, "that happens when you use it when it's charged." Excuse me, it burns up all day long when not charged. He's in management and doesn't recognize a defective phone when a customer tells him it wasn't on the charger. I was kicked out of the store with a phone that cost $200 that doesn't work. An upgraded phone should be just that better then the phone you had. Verizon may cost more but I'm making the switch. I'll never use them again, don't settle with less than great service. This company is disrespectful and terrible don't use the services.

Worst service the manager on speedway called me names I got an upgrade on my phone that was a bad phone paid $200 and tried to get a refund and was treated so badly. Don't use Metro they treat you terrible no kind of respect I will not continue with them after the 15th. They are disrespectful to their customers and yell at you. That manager acted like a child but in a man's body. Disgusting human being should be fired. They lost me as a customer after 3 years being with them.

Andres does not work here to help customers hes here just to collect a pay check. He was extreemly unwilling to help me my problem demanded i show him id and when i came in days later i over heard him telling a customer they didnt need thiers. He was really rude with me and acted like it hurt to help me. Will never come to this store unless Cindy helps me

Not impressed with rude cashiers at this store, I went to buy a new phone and was due for an upgrade as well, was told I only had 1 option for a phone I could finance through 3rd part place and that was my only option period. I don't need to finance a phone especially not one I don't even want, and as far as options go I opted to walk out and go to another store where somehow I had 3 options for upgrading all in store no financing and superb friendly saleswoman Cindy who listened to what I needed and made it happen, I spent a little more than I planned but I was happy and smiling when I paid in cash and got the phone I wanted

I went to sell a phone to someone I met off face book and the lady who was buying the phone wanted to meet there to be sure it wasn't locked. I know it's not locked, but she didn't and the lady working at Metro told me she can't do it cause it has to be 30 days offer sim card gets taken out. Like wtf. How does this make any sense. She didn't plug it in or try to help us. Just automatic knew it would t work. I went to my car and switched between my t mobile and cricket card it worked. No problem. I even told the worker it's a iphone strait from Apple, paid cash and got it unlocked. But she automatically said it's not gonna work. So I lost my sale. My wife reminded me of the last few times we have been to this same store, and they weren't open one time a hour and half after open time. And the other time she persisted I get a case. (So she could make her little camision) and was kinda rude when I didn't buy a case. So this is my 3rd problem with this location so I have to post my thought of this bad location. I highly recommend u don't use this location Metro pcs.
