I recently filed a claim on my phone. I got the phone after paying a $20 deductible. It was not activated. I tried calling customer service but because it was not activated I could not receive the one time pin and of course they can't send it to my email. They tell to take it to a store which I did yesterday 03/04/2024. It was activated but she told me there is a $28.33 device change fee. I told her it should be covered by the insurance claim. She tells me to call customer service which I did this morning on 03/05/2024. But my service had already been suspended. I was on the phone for about 40 minutes trying to get that removed they said I had to take it to the store were it was activated. So now I have my phone Bill on top of that fee. Because the metro store I went is out of my way. And I am on the bus

Walked in and immediately was acknowledged & greeted by two of the customer service reps. Julie was so sweet & patient throughout the whole process, she was able to successfully help me keep my phone number that I have had for years and more! Superb experience at this location. my favorite cellphone carrier. T-Mobile

Julie and Emily were phenomenal over the top I went in for one thing and spent 3 hours and walked out with a few things if I could give them 20 stars I give these 2 girls them 20 stars. Everyone in the neighborhood come to this metro they'll get you right. Julie or Emily

The service here was adequate. I got done what I needed to get done. The staff didn't seem happy to have to take care of me. No greetings, no thank you for coming, how can I help you etc. Doesn't make me feel like my business is appreciated.

I went in today to switch over my phone service and Ray was very helpful. He was the only one at the store and he was professional and made the experience excellent.

Soon as I got there they help me the manager and the associate,I got 3 lines and new phones with them ,they really take care of what I need ,I had such a good experience,I totally recommend this store in specific this location,thank you guys

Even though Ray gave my daughter anxiety as he looked a lot like her tio, Ray and Justin both provided amazing services to my family and I. Justin really went above and beyond explaining stuff to myself and my daughter. The energy was amazing and we appreciate all the help and yardwork and getting us in out of the store. Thanks guys you rock!!!!!!

I purchased 2 new Galaxy A14 phones last month from this location. The girl that helped me was Emily, she was polite in speech and seemed helpful. I ended up paying about 500 for everything. When I received my phone bill last month it was 115 just 2 weeks later. Then next month it jumped up to 125. I was upset so I called customer service and they told me it is because it I was paying for service protection which she never told me and for mobile hot spot which I don't use. Just be careful and make them show you exactly what you are paying for. These phone carriers are like car salesman. My service has also been really slow for what I am paying for. Now my bill is just 60 for 2 lines. Don't pay for unesssary services.
