“My elderly father is going through a battle with cancer, and after a couple of falls we needed to find some resolutions and fast. With so many places having supply chain issues even expedited shipping was taking too long. I had driven past this place, so we stopped in, and all my stress dissolved. They had everything we needed right there, and we were able to take it home right then. The amazingly kind and helpful staff walked us through the different lift chairs and bed rails and their benefits to figure out what the best option for him. There were so many different things in stock, ready to combat any issue. The prices were extremely reasonable, even better than some of the online options I had been seeing, and the quality of what they stocked was clear. With so many brick and mortar places closing up, I am beyond grateful that this store is here. 100% recommend to anyone providing care to an elderly loved one.”

“I had a very positive customer service experience with the staff at the Lincare Office in Tucson recently. I traveled to Tucson from Connecticut, and because of a mix-up in the arrangements, the oxygen concentrator I was expecting at my hotel was not there. The supervisor, Celia Nunez, did all she could to get it to me with very little notice, and even had a member of her staff call me the day before I left to verify that I was indeed leaving the next day and that they could pick it up. Speaking of the staff in that office, every single person I talked to was courteous, helpful and caring about my predicament. Phones were answered promptly and messages relayed correctly. Thank you Tucson Lincare! You should be a model of good customer service for every other company office and I look forward to dealing with you on my future trips!”
