I met with Jeffrey, one of the ITS Respiratory Therapists. He worked hard to ensure I understood, felt comfortable with, and had a perfect fit of all the equipment I started using that night with complete confidence. I returned a week later to switch out the type of mask I was using (my body didn’t like the first one) and I was in and out in 10 minutes with everything I needed and was thrilled. They go WAY above and beyond. This is the only place I’d go as a CPAP user to ensure timely, professional guidance and support.”

“Michael is amazing! He came in to check our oxygen machines and while he was here he showed up how to care for our machines and how to clean the filters. Noone has done that in the past with any company we've had. Michael noticed my husband was having labored breathing and so set him up in the living room to have oxygen there instead of just the bedroom. It made a complete difference in my husband. Michael stayed and waited until my husband was doing great before he left. Awesome employee and awesome company. I give them a 10!!”

They had everything we needed right there, and we were able to take it home right then. There were so many different things in stock, ready to combat any issue. The prices were extremely reasonable, even better than some of the online options I had been seeing, and the quality of what they stocked was clear. “My mother could not be released from the hospital until she had her personal portable oxygen tank. The hospital was out of town. Due to my mother's PPO, she was limited on which medical supply company could help. I called 4 different places and finally I called RxO2, and they saved the day. They also delivered the equipment to my mother including the home oxygen machine with in 2 hours as promised. The lady that answered the phone at RxO2 and the driver provided excellent customer service. They were both empathetic and kind to my mother's need.
