“I read all the poor reviews and was prepared for a bad experience today, and an attitude at check in. It wasn’t phenomenal but it wasn’t bad at all. Check in girl (dark hair, turquoise glasses) was professional and business like. Not exceptionally friendly but also not rude. Phlebotomist was fine. I didn’t get her name. Another male employee smiled and thanked us as we were walking out. We were there without an appt for about 20-25 minutes in total. We were there around 1-1:30pm. I had read it’s busier before and after normal work hours for most people.The blood draw took no time at all. My son, who is very afraid of needles said it was easy and he didn’t even feel it, so that’s a win. I believe the customer isn’t always right and bad customers get bad service.”

“Everyone was nice. But the waiting area was very cold. They should have a public restroom in the waiting area. If I must wait a half hour past my appointment time, I need a rest room available.”

“I would 100% come back to this location. We got there 15 min early and were taken back after just a few min of waiting. Frankie was great with both of my children (2 and 5 years old). He really did his best to make the whole process as painless and as easy as possible.
The only reason I gave 4 stars is because there was no one at the front desk when we checked in via kiosk.”
“I was a walk in patient and thought I'd be waiting forever. The front desk staff was helpful and very friendly. The blood draw experience started out badly with a phlebotomist who was not able to locate veins in either arm after 3 pokes in odd places and spinning the needle around. This hasn't happened to me before so it was unsettling. She asked if I'd like to try another phlebotomist and I agreed. In walked Pedro! He was amazing! He took the time to find the best approach and soon my vials were full. He makes his office space very accommodating and peaceful with some cool easy listening music. He has an excellent and calm chair side manner. If possible request Pedro. It would be worth the wait. Thank you for turning an otherwise bad experience around.”
“Dr Lee is so good and thorough. She is smart, quick and will get you the tests you need. She is connected to many other specialists and if need be will refer you. She is also into remedies such as eating healthy, exercising and getting the right nutrients. Some people may not like this because they have to make changes. This is a recipe for good health. I trust her.”
