We had a great experience with Beth! She was so knowledgeable and kind! She helped us find the perfect bed, and gave us plenty of space and time to decide without us feeling rushed. She narrowed the choices down perfectly for us so that we didn’t get decision fatigue. I would definitely recommend working with Beth again!

Melissa was great to work with! We were looking for an inexpensive mattress and box spring set for our guest room and she showed us a couple of options. We chose a Sleepys mattress and it came with an adjustable base. Excellent!

We had a great experience with this Mattress Firm store. They carry an excellent selection of different brands and styles of mattresses. Different price ranges also available. We bought a mattress, foundation plus protector and 2 pillows. Their quality is excellent. But what made the shopping experience so special was our sales consultant. Beth has over 20 years of experience selling mattresses and is very knowledgeable. She answered all our questions and was totally able to zero in on the best choices for us. She had a wonderful sense of humor and made a typically stressful purchase fun. We recommend her highly. This store and all of the mattresses on display were very clean. We were provided with our own pillows to use, along with protectors. It appeared like Mattress Firm wanted our experience there to be a very positive one. It was not only positive but successful as well as we now have a beautiful new mattress. Delivery was quick and professional. Overall an A+ experience.
