Philip did a phenomenal job with customer service broke everything down extremely well not pressured into a sell and even gave me a few discounts, by far one of the best shopping experiences iv had in a long time. Only wish i had more experiences like this

Listen, I don't write reviews or anything like that - in fact this is my first time writing one in general due to our experience. Angela, the sales representative, went out of her way to ensure that we were not only brought up to speed with what to expect and look for from a mattress, but also to offer us extremely kind deals and prices for the time we spent there. She was accommodating, kind, charismatic, and was open to our worries and concerns with our perceived downsides with different brands and models. Angela was able to look out for us and made sure we could get the best possible prices for what we were looking for. I cannot recommend this place enough with their professionalism and kindness.

Just went in not thinking I’d find what I was looking for. I saved 1200 dollars and left finding what I wanted in 10 mins. Associate was amazing and made this buy so easy.

Our sales representative was very knowledgeable and spent adequate time to make us at ease about our purchase.
The only disappointing thing was we wanted to purchase a pillow and they don't have them in stock so we could take it with us. It will be delivered with our bed.

My son and I went into Mattress Firm to buy 2 mattresses. One of the first questions Manny asked was what our budget was, which I appreciated. He was very knowledgeable and super helpful, and we mostly stayed within our budget.
