Andrew @ the Oracle Wetmore store was awesome. The best customer service we’ve experienced in a long time by far. Impressive product knowledge, good listener, friendly, and we never felt rushed or like we were just being sold to. We came in looking for 2 mattresses, one for my husband and I who are complete opposites where mattresses/sleep habits are concerned and one for our kid. I appreciate that he took the time so we could try out and compare every mattress that could possibly fit each of our specific needs and helped us understand the features and qualities of each mattress so we could narrow down what worked best for us. Thanks to him we were able to find exactly what we needed without feeling like either of us sacrificed any comfort and I never thought our kid would get this excited about picking out their perfect mattress. Great selection, great deals, comfortable environment, helpful staff.

My husband and I were in the market for a new mattress so we stopped here to try some out and we are so glad we did! Kat was the awesome sleep expert that helped us pick out our perfect mattress. She was patient and knowledgeable when it came to the many types of mattress available. We were able to pick up next day at the local warehouse which was amazing. They have a great selection here and would definitely recommend you stop in if you’re looking to buy a new mattress. Thank you again Kat for all of your expertise!
