Shoutout and a big thank you Brent! For taking the time in educating my fiancée and myself in mattresses. We went to check out mattresses and see what would be the best option. Brent was patient and guided us through the entire process. Showed us different options that was within in our budget. In the end we made the big purchase with a adjustable base! I've been to this Mattress Firm several times before and got a lovely coconut pillow there many years ago. Today, it was time for the big purchase, a new mattress. Wayne was the most phenomenal sleep expert! He took the time to get to know me and my partner and assess our sleep and relaxation habits to find the best fit for us. He was genuine and funny, overall a very kind and positive individual! Wayne went through all the details of each mattress, why we would or wouldn't like them, and all the price comparisons to help find our perfect fit. He took his time and didn't rush us to make a decision and we ended up getting a mattress and accessories for a great price because he went through all the sales in the store and the breakdown of everything including warranties and even bed sheets. My partner and I are so excited for this new bed and thank you so much Wayne for your kindness and help!

I would rather have a certain male gland examined, then go mattress shopping. But participation was mandatory so I put a smile on my face and got with the program. As luck would have it, we walked in the store and met Brent Badertscher. Brent listened to our needs and requests. He answered our questions in a professional manner. He helped us sort through the dozens of mattresses to find the one that would give us a good night’s sleep. Brent knows his stuff, but he also knows when to let a customer be. I told him we needed time to make a decision and would let him know when we made it. Brent said that was OK with him. A week went by, we came back, we spent another hour with Brent and bought a mattress with an adjustable base. If you want a salesman, that does not pressure you, but informs you about excellent mattresses and accessories, see Brent.

Steve is absolutely amazing!! He helped me pick the perfect mattress by listening to what my issues were with sleeping and the comfort I wanted in a mattress. He was very polite and answered all my questions. I strongly recommend going to this store and having Steve help you with buying a mattress.
