I have been looking for the right mattress for my budget since Nov 2023. Luckily, I found Diana at this store. She helped me find the best mattress for my budget and was more knowledgeable than the other 4 stores I looked at. I am happy with my purchase and check this location out before a purchase!! This location was so educated on mattresses and finding me the perfect fit.

Diana was exceptional. She was so helpful across the board in all of the points that mattered. She took her time. It was very comfortable to work with her. No pressure, just a lot of good information in a really professional way. She had me try out different options, until I finally settled on the one that was really best for me. She also took her time looking up all of the possible best cost and mattress options online with the warehouse. And we came to the conclusion that the bed I bought, which I was lucky enough that it just happened to be a floor model, was the best value, and just happened to be the mattress I liked the most. Also, about a week earlier,I had visited the mattress firm location by the Elcon mall and was helped buy two of the nicest young lady's, but at that time I couldn't make a decision. When it was convenient to stop in to Diana's Location on Oracle and Ina, I had told her about the young ladies working with me, and she immediately told me that the sale will go to them, even though she was the one helping me.. What an excellent business ethic, and as the manager,that's the way she felt best to help me decide, and eventually buy an excellent mattress. I'm really thankful for her help. And I know I will always be thankful for the good nights of rest I will be getting and how I have a bed that was such an excellent value and is such good quality. And I know those young ladies who really tried to help me are being compensated for their professional work and kindness. Thank you so much. C ☺️?????

Sarah, at Mattress Firm on Ina and Oracle, created a successful experience for us. We went in to buy a pillow and ended up buying an adjustable base and a mattress. Yes, Sarah is an extremely knowledgable, personable, professional sales person, but she truly is a Sleep Expert first and foremost. With targeted questions and reflective listening, Sarah was able to help me identify my sleep issues and offer multiple options. She appeared authentically concerned with my sleep health and offered viable solutions. I am so looking forward to experiencing a huge difference in my quality of life as a result of stressless sleep in my new set-up.
