Nate, our sales representative, was very helpful in answering any questions we had. Nate methodically took us through first deciding on the firmness of the mattress and then the brand and the need(for us) to have hospital like ability to change head and leg mattress positions. Working out payments, a mattress cover, taking out our current bed, and when our new bed will be delivered and the product guarantee was done smoothly with professional care.

I would recommend mattress firm every time. I ordered two mattresses online. I made a mistake, it was discovered right away and the salesperson Sean fixed the mistake for me so that I get my new mattress. Excellent customer service. They delivery gentleman Alex and I think Justin found the mistake. They contacted their boss Steve who gave me all of my options. Again excellent service
