Edit: I'm so disappointed, the bed we financed is so uncomfortable and the fitted sheets wont stay on the bed even with straps! I asked if we could exchange it as we arent happy and was told No but that I could come finance ANOTHER bed! Now I'm locked into a $2000 finance for the smallest most uncomfortable Queen bed I've ever seen!Absolutely the best bed purchasing experience ever. Rochelle was amazing and kind. She made sure to give us plenty if options for beds and purchase. She really went above and beyond to make the experience and stress free and fun as possible. Highly recommend

The shopping experience was very easy and quick. Selection of mattresses was varied in size, firmness, and price. Delivery was prompt and mattresses were delivered clean and wrapped. Prices were also very affordable and more so with financing.

I would/will recommend the owner and this company for years. She's amazing and tries to get to know you on a buisness matter to make sure you get the best fitting mattress for your needs and family! My overall experience was a amazing, and the mattress, AMAZING. Her selections are everything you would want, which made it difficult to choose but that's a good thing. Great mattress at an EXCELLENT price! I did my research~went to three places (here at Mattress by Appt, Macy’s and Mattress Firm) and this mattress was by far the best in its price point. Huge bonus was it was delivered the same day! Highly recommend Rochella to help you get a great mattress at a great price!

I can’t tell you enough how very helpful Rochella was to get my daughter and granddaughter a MUCH NEEDED comfortable affordable bed! If you need a Matress make your appointment with MATRESS BY APPOINTMENT you will not be disappointed! Great customer service and she was so kind and patient with my 2 year old granddaughter who missed a nap and was having a tantrum! Go buy your Matress they’re affordable and will get you a Matress out the door! She even helped load and tie down the Matress! So glad and satisfied that I made the appointment!
