My boyfriend purchased for $ 220.00 a necklace for me, which was supposed a silver locket with a cumpose inside , the chain is tarnished black the heart is scratched complete rip off I feel so bad I can't even tell him what his money bought

Strange experience returning something. Initially told that they could only do a store credit, and had to point out why I believed I should be eligible for a return. Makes no sense to me that one should have to make a case, but this is how the staff are being trained, which is dissapointing. Believe that the testament of how earnest a store is how they treat you in an ongoing way, not just how kind they are when making a sale. Response was curt, when I brought in a necklace that had literally turned another color after only wearing one day. Because I had mentioned being in Sabino, staff who returned the item were sure to note that I had been "sweating and hiking" (which I had) insinuating that I had somehow misused the necklace. I don't know. I expect more.

Im not sure it is possible to love a store more. MAST is a store you could find in SOHO, Paris or Hong Kong except the luxury good are locally made and prices reasonable. The leather bags are killer.
