I had the pleasure of being helped by Lily C and she provided an outstanding customer service experience. She was incredibly attentive, efficient, and friendly throughout my visit. Lily went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly for me and that I found what I needed.
Her professionalism and positive attitude stood out, and she made my shopping experience much butter and more enjoyable. Marshalls is lucky to have such a dedicated and hardworking employee. Thank you, Lily!

No means no, which is always a hard point to get across to someone who works at this store and typically stands register side.
I do understand, and get it, you have a policy to ask every customer about applying for a store credit card during checkout. But please accept, No, especially a "No, thank you" and move on. Giving me an attitude, and further making me explain out loud how poor my credit is and that I know I won't be approved, but then still telling me it won't hurt to try, is so triggering and hurtful, and disrespectful.
Today, about 10/15 mins ago would be the 4th time, I've had this encounter to a literal extent after shopping at this location.
Please move your employees around the store more, between departments, so customers can have a break from invasive and upsetting instances like this. This person needs a change of tone or to relearn how addressing customers impacts the overall value of the experience of shopping in person.
Hopefully, they understand no is no.

I always find great deals of name brand products.. I believe they have weekly deliveries. Just be diligent. The staff may have information on delivery dates.

I have shopped this store for years. Today was the worst. Check clerks were more concerned with talking to each other than helping ME, THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN LINE. When they finally decided to help me, the girl spent most of the time still chatting with others .
While shopping, I had 2 staff members push their way in front of me to adjust stock. No polite excuse me. No apology. Just shove their way to what they needed.

I went by in particular to get colored luggage straps and matching tags for four travelers going as a group. The corner inventory here was a disarray situation. Pass for now.

The staff here is always friendly. That being said, what is going on at Marshall’s? I was in there two days ago. Shoe inventory very low.The shelves in the beauty department were messy, floors were really dirty. Stuff spilled and not cleaned up.I used to love Marshall’s, but was surprised at how messy and dirty the whole store felt. Not good.
