Horrible customer service, I waited for a purse for 20 minutes and then was told by one of the workers to go to the front ask someone to help and pay and waited another 15 minutes in line just told be told by the super rude cashier that she can’t help me and I need to go wait by the purses again until someone can help. She automatically got upset and said that I was wrong and whoever said that was wrong cause that’s not their policy. Horrible service

Sad that I had to leave everything at the counter and go back to work. Stopped in for what I thought would be quick since it was right before 10am. LOTS of employees in the store but Only two at the registers taking returns and one was allowing the customers to "shop" (Thru the marked downs) while AT the counter #1 registrar. Was going to leave but asked a stocker if there where anymore cashiers. She went up, opened and next customer was another return..... When one cashier finished, she didn't call the next person up she started working on the pile of items behind her.... I had to put everything down and leave after 15 mins. I suggest having a designated register for returns and open registers so you can Make some money.... As for me, I'll go back to El Con Mall.

We checked out with a rude employee today she threw everything in one bag and then said at the end it’s my lunch now to her supervisor. We come here often and everything second of customer service is important and she didn’t even offer us a credit card we wanted to apply too! Ugh won’t be coming here again.

The most recent trip to Marshall’s led me to some good bargains. It was close to Easter so I found some unique treats for baskets and a great bag. Some parts of the store were a bit messy but it was a very busy time Friendly checkout.
