Good price overall for auto and home insurance. But as expected my auto insurance, after the first 6 month period, went up almost 20%! No claims either. Would be nice to actually see the insurance plan stay the same for more than one 6 month period.

I just moved from Texas to Arizona and I had used Milewise in TX. I called this agency and told them that I wanted to stay with the
Milewise program. The price was right so I signed up. That was at the beginning of May. It's now May 25 and I have already paid my first payment to Allstate, but my Milewise device is nowhere to be found. I call them at least twice a week trying to find out where the hell my device is. They have tried to FedEx it to me two times and neither time have I received it. Last week I use the tracking number and every day they pushed back the delivery date one day. Now they say that they're going to deliver it on May 28th. Do I believe them? No I do not. Starting on Tuesday I'm trying to find another company to get insurance from. This is by far the worst treatment that I have ever received from an insurance company.
Update 6/4/24 I finally, on the third attempt, received my mile-wise device and I have installed it in my car. I am grateful that it did show up, but again, it should never have taken so long to get to me.

customer service at this location is great. Although, service from Allstate after an accident, that wasnt your fault, is terrible. Their motto, "YOUR IN GOOD HANDS", is questionable.
