I went here for a gift wrapping for a few small gifts. The job was done decently, but the prices were way too high and there wasn't any transparency on how much it would cost beforehand. I admit I should've asked, but for the price - I think it should've been brought up automatically. I ended up spending $12/gift, and had 4 small items, bringing the total to $48. It took around 15 minutes and the wrapping paper wasn't anything special.I expected it to be more in line with $3-6 a gift you might see at the mall, Amazon, etc.

This was the first time I used this place. Unfortunately I got the customer no-service. When I dropped the courier package, they had a system issue but nobody (3 of them) knew what the problem was. I called the courier’s customer service toll free number. When the rep asked me to read out the error message on the computer screen, the staff told me several times to move away from the counter so that she could ask the next person in line to come up to the counter. How was I supposed to read out the error message on their computer screen if I moved away. I got several “nothing I can do” from the staff. Very disappointed.

Owner is a rude man. This business was 20 min away so I called first to confirm that they could provide the service needed. The owner answered and confirmed he could package a gift box with me. When I arrived he started rushing putting my items in a box and I told him that I needed to put the cards on the top (he was packaging it upside down) and he very rudely said "do you want to do it yourself?" I said "no I came here to have it packaged as a gift box and you said you could do it." He said "This box is going to tumble around when it's shipped so it doesn't matter where the cards are, I have lots of customers and no time for that...you can buy the box and do it yourself." Since he was so rude I just left.

Locally owned business very nice people and atmosphere. I have a box there and I can check it at my leisure my packages and mail is always safe and secure. The usps is nothing but problems lately and I’m glad with bear canyon I have zero worries. They are a drive away. A little busy during rush times but they try to serve direct customers ahead and keep the line going by multiple cashiers at once. Very happy

I have gone to this mail depot for over 6 years since moving to Tucson .. Debra has assisted me several times. She is always helpful and keeps a smile on her face in doing so. I think she can do her job blind folded , she’s that good. The manager / owner is always friendly too.. ?Thank you !

Not a fan. Stopped because I was going into Bear Pizza. Handed my Priority Mail envelope already paid for and had label they wanted a $1 to "process"! Really? They say they are a Post Office drop but charge to do that? WOW Never going there again. Go to Alphagraphics down the street.

Best thing ever. Nicest people big variety of merchandise & cleaner than you could imagine. Owners are super nice. If I wasn't so handicapped with my back & knees, I'd love to work there.

Did not realize that they charge to accept my pre stamped USPS packages. I dont know if it was $1.00 per package or for all of them. Needless to say, I went in search of a Post Office to mail my packages.

Prices are significantly higher than the UPS store across the street. While I was in the store, I witnessed the manager or owner berating one of the employees right in front of the me and the other customers. That's not OK.
