This trip went exceptionally smooth. Matt is very knowledgeable about the location of product and led me item by item. Only took about 30 minutes to get my 6 items and check out of the store.

No real issues however I do vet annoyed when checking out. If you have questions, they usually don't know the answer and don't try to get the answer for you. As a gold member, I'm entitled to two free snacks a month. I have never received and as the people at the checkout don't know how to process it and usual don't ask for help.

I ordered two cans of foam insecticide paid $15 to expedite it overnight I was home with a delivery with the door part open as I was not dressed to answer the door apparently the driver photo the item.
When I called the store they said sometimes they use a third party delivery service they would reach out I have not heard back nor have I been compensated or any other explanation still waiting

Was in Tucson, doing a job for the ex-wife needed a piece of lumber and some screws. The staff at the Valencia store was very friendly and helpful.

Hello sorry to say my wife ordered my birthday present there we waited a week we went to go get it and somebody else took it the way they give us a gift card at zero on it and then we went back again and we had to go buy it separately

After going to Home Depot and Best Buy, we landed at Lowes for our new washing machine. From the awesome sales guy to getting texts from the delivery place to having the delivery person call me when they were 10 minutes away, I am now a customer for LIFE.
Lowes not only delivers for a small $29 fee, their delivery people take your old stuff out and then bring your new stuff in and INSTALL it. They run the appliance to ensure that it's working properly. They'll even take your old stuff away if you need that.
I don't get this with the other places. In that, I have to pay extra for old appliance removal and new appliance installation at a much higher price point.

Lowe's is always a good place to go to. If they don't have what you want there is always Home Depot close by and if that doesn't work out go to Amazon, the final solution. If they don't have it you don't need it
