Adam (the closing manager) wouldn’t return a defective item four days outside of their 90 day return policy. Poor customer service.

Retail shopping in 2024 is so weird to me. I purchased an item and got home to discover it was missing some parts, most likely an error by the manufacturer. However, when I returned it, the person at the returns counter simply processed a refund without offering to exchange it for another one in stock.
So it turns out another store has the same thing on sale, so this lack of interest in facilitating an exchange saved me money elsewhere! Unsure if this should result in a lower or higher star score for Lowe's...

This store has lots of items for home improvement, inside and outside of the home, office, etc. They have fencing, gates, tools, things for the garden, fans, refrigerator, stoves, cabinets, nails, pipes, lumber, plants and trees,, etc. Specials every week. Found what I needed, specific size of screws and tie wraps to complete a few jobs around the house. Staff was friendly and helpful.
