Don't ever get anything installed by Lowe's. It is a joke! 6+ months for a back door, 6 no-call/no-shows by installers, and Lowe's and Installers wouldn't comp even 20% of the job. Told me they weren't responsible for the amount of time I had to take off work for them to not show up. FYI: if a customer is compensated for $250 or more, they have to sign an NDA and cannot make any negative comments on any social media. This might be why they have such a high rating here. I highly recommend you get your work and install done anywhere else but here.

Wow, talk about a chicken hearted corporation. dear teenage employees, your first retail job is probably particularly difficult during lockdown, but surfing the zen of retail involves learning that the customer may not always be right but he doesn't like it when three of you interrupt, shouting him down about something that you were wrong about, in the end, perhaps because you had too many Monster drinks today. every time i come here with a basic common question, the staff are unable to help me and i end up on anazon

Wow, store has changed. Not what it used to be. Plumbing dept. is lacking basic Rain Bird Irrigation accessories and garden is a joke. Poor plants are dying from neglect.

This company is garbage. They wasted my pregnant finance and mine’s time for 5.5 weeks.
We placed an order for window shades/ blinds, to which we waited 2 weeks for a vendor to come measure our windows. At which point, the measurements came back and Lowe’s then proceeded to tell us that everything was fine… it wasn’t, they couldn’t fill our order because our windows were custom sized, but still gladly accepted our payment. We then waited 5.5 weeks from date of payment only to get a random email saying our entire order has been cancelled. Not only did no one from Lowe’s bother to call, they were not going to call. They didn’t even know! Instead, we had to call several times just to figure out what actually was going on.
Not only did we not get our product and ZERO services rendered (since we paid separately for our measurements to be done), but the shorted our total refund by $155. I am fully aware that is outright illegal to do. As a business in the retail/ service business, they completely failed to provide retail products, completely failed to provide services, wasted the customer’s time, and our money!!! I can assure this Lowe’s family on Speedway and Kolb that I will actively tell people not to use their business/ services due to the complete unprofessional manner in which they handled the entire situation. They are utterly useless when it comes to any form of management regarding 3rd party vendors and clearly need to step out of the business.
I will be ensuring that I get my money back, but yet again, more time wasted. We all have busy lives, and Lowe’s really is under the impression that this is an acceptable business practice.

There's a reason a company has to produce and post a sign like this. If you can find someone to help you, the underpaid apathetic staff could care less if you get the help you need. Get more people, pay them a living wage and make customer service a priority. Not quarterly shareholders and ceo "earnings".

Lowes plants and Flowers are the best, the only thing I would like to see is more help finding things. I have been there many times and it’s always been hard to find help. Great place and the people are wonderful when you find them 😊🌵

Sometimes, when I am looking for drywall and painting items, I forget to mention that I owned my own residential/commercial/industrial painting business. A bit of my "forgetfulness" starts when I ask for help, and I am given real off the wall answers to simple "where is a certain product" question. I know the answer to said question is either in the drywall section, and I'm just not seeing it, or the product I'm looking for is not carried by a particular location. 9 out of 10 times, I'm just not seeing it. Last week, it was early evening, and I wanted to get some work done around the house before I went to bed. I would have been much happier with the "we don't carry that item" answer than following a gentleman to the plumbing department and then having to go elsewhere and look for the same item. I'm happy that Lowe's is carrying more name brand products that used to have me waiting for hours at whatever paint store I was using or worse, waiting for my rep to tell me that something I needed yesterday has to be ordered from out of state. I have discovered that Lowe's is okay for most items, but if you need something professional, it's still best to call and ask.

The Pro department is so rude to women. Coming from the NW side doing business with the Ina Lowes Pro I was a custom to friendly proactive staff. The pro department here ignores you as a women, is rude and seems burdened by my requests.

Greedy ass store. They will charge u almost twice as much as other Lowe’s on some items snd when asked to price match will refuse. This store is seriously a joke as well as this company. They don’t even price match themselves. Something I didn’t think you’d have to ask a company to do. Lmao. Even corporate knows they’re in the wrong that’s why they gave me a gift card for free lol.
