Shelby was phenomenal! We went on Mother's Day to buy a couch as we wanted comfortable furniture and agreed to a couch to purchase together as a couple. Shelby helped answer any and all questions my boyfriend had as well as help us purchase the pieces. So surprisingly when you buy a couch there is no one to help assemble so Shelby emailed us a diagram of how to assemble our new couch. If you are reading this review and are a handyman, you should partner with LoveSac! If you buy a sound system couch they have speakers of 4, 6, 8 up to 10 but they will cost you! You can mix and match fabric. Don't forget to use a 10% off coupon if you are a police, student, nurse, first responder! Highly recommend. They even have blocks to help build your personalized couch which is what we needed for our particular living room set up.

Cathy from Lovesac was so soo patient and super helpful for my mini dilemma I had. I appreciate the time and care she took with me even though I was kinda freakn out as I has been trying for quite some time how exactly the pieces went together. Turns out the feet are no always used for support of the sactional pieces. 5 stars to Cathy !!!! Thank you !

I stopped in Love Sac on Saturday not intending to buy. I’ve considered purchasing a couch from them in the past. I love the concept of Lovesac. Building up the couch was so easy! You can extend and change the couch any time and the whole fabric is washable!The stuff at Lovesac is also very friendly and nice. Would highly recommend! :-)
