Me and my wife went in a few days back and the customer service is excellent. I bought a shirt and even though the price is a little high the quality and customer service convinced me. If I’m ever in town again I will definitely stop by again.

As an occasional visitor, I can't say enough about the pleasant experience we always have while shopping at this store. You're treated as if you are the only customer in the store, even when the store is busy. When we're in town, we make it a point to stop by...even when we're just browsing. A wonderful selection of clothes for all shapes and sizes. Charlotte is extremely helpful and very business savvy. The attention received by all employees is top notch.

I love that place! I have gotten the most compliments out of the jeans I bought there, IT IS PRICEY- but definitely worth it! The people who work there know their jeans... they will recommend objectively what the best fit/ style for you is and they nail it every single time! You can tailor them there too.. If you struggle when buying jeans, look no further, they are the best- for real.

My girlfriend purchased a wallet for me as a gift from Loop Jean Company. It wasn't what I wanted and we tried to return it. They will not give a refund, only a store credit. There is NOTHING in this store that I would care to have. BEWARE! It's unconscionable to not refund a return.

I was really looking forward to buying some jeans while visiting Phoenix, however when I walked into the store I felt a snobby coldness from the staff and a subliminal pushiness to purchase something. What turned me off the most is I overheard the male owner denigrate an employee in front of customers. At that point I left the store. My feedback to them is treat their employees with respect and dignity. They are your liaison to the customers. There are many other stores to buy "jeans". Take your money elsewhere....

Recently I had the best experience buying jeans at Loop Jean Company. This was my first time in the store and staff was very helpful. I'm short hard to fit but they found me the perfect jean! After taking home, I decided I needed a different size. When I returned later in the day to exchange a different staff member was just as helpful. It was nice having someone take the time to help me find the perfect jean.
