We recently contacted LOGIN to inquire about what it would take to convert our business phone system to VOIP. Our land lines were a constant problem costing us an unknown amount of missed or dropped calls. Our call was immediately taken by Serena Lewis (a real person!) who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We were talking face to face and walking through options within a couple of days. Turns out that they not only could solve our constant land line issues with our phones, but they could also provide a much more stable and faster internet service.The installation team was outstanding and everyone at LOGIN was fully communicative and professional. The transition was virtually seamless. All in all, our monthly pricing only went up a small amount, but the value of knowing that we are no longer missing calls (nor will we) far outweighs the small cost increase!My only sadness is that I did not have them do this a long time ago! I highly recommend LOGIN. The staff is outstanding and the service is excellent. No regrets.

I reached out to Login to discuss internet access for my small office space. Everyone at Login went above and beyond to accomodate my needs, including equipment upgrades, even though I may not be their typical customer. Communication was excellent and all customer service was stellar at every step along the way. I'm very happy with my service and have had no issues. If I do encounter a problem, I know that the issue will be resolved with care and professionalism.

Account management services have been great, Helpdesk has been responsive, helpful and knowledgeable, and internet service has been faster than promised and been more reliable than our 5G Gateways.

We (Wholesum Family Farms) have been a loyal customer of Login for several years now, and we must say that their internet services are top-notch. The connection is always fast and reliable, and we have never had any significant issues with it. However, what sets them apart from other internet service providers is the exceptional customer service provided by their account manager, Marco Ruiz. He has always been there for me to answer any questions or concerns that we have had, and has gone above and beyond to ensure that we are satisfied with their services. This is an absolutely biased opinion, and happy to acknowledge that.I was first a customer with multiple store locations in the 2007 time frame - Login provided internet service, colocation services, and VOIP system saving us significant $$.Several years later, I became an 5+ year employee until my retirement.Quality service and support. Staff and management of integrity and competence. Highly recommend Login!!

I haven't had the opportunity to work with this Group, however, after the call I had with Serena L today, I believe I would be in good hands. I think we all have bad days and sometimes we let that out a bit. In speaking with Serena, I appreciated her upbeat behavior, and poise, that goes a long way with me. Also, the fact that she knew EXACTLY what I was trying to convey in our conversation speaks volumes to this company as a whole. I think Lee L down below was having a bad day. They are supplying our backhaul bandwidth, they have been so friendly, and they have been available for bouncing ideas around about the network and made their expertise available in various ways. We have been a long time customer of Login's phone and internet service and have been very happy with their service, support and reliability. After a not so graceful separation from our managed network provider began causing issues with our LAN and Windows Server, Login, and in particular Ben, helped us fix the problem. This was out of scope from their normal services but they stepped up to help us out. Login is a true business partner.

Login was simply outstanding. They handled our wiring superbly and did a good job with a backup circuit to get us through the internet problems we were experiencing.
