My daughter is my world. She's 17 and wanted this GTI more than anything. Little Germany was suggested on multiple occasions and we finally were able to bring it in to Chris and the crew. I will never go anywhere ever again. From the second we walked in we were greeted with such with a smile and it put my daughter and myself at ease. We both were concerned not only about cost but also about what was really wrong with (Chadster) to begin with. Chris had us feeling not only validated for our concerns but also happy that we were listened to. Thank you Chris for making this momma feel at ease and for taking the time to explain to her daughter all the ins and outs of her car to put her at ease. You have no idea how much better we both feel.

My daughter's 320i check engine light popped on her way back to U of A from the Valley yesterday. I called Chris the next morning and had my daughter bring the car in. Even though they were super busy, Chris helped her right way with a code check and a simple fix. He reset the system and she was on her way. We won't take her car anywhere else for service ever again! Big, big thumbs up! Means a lot when your kiddo is away at school and you have someone you can trust look after their car. Thanks again, Chris!! -Mike

Took my 2011 335i for a valve cover gasket and accessory pulley replacement. Soon after I picked up the car after this service, the car went to limp mode with a VANOS code. Chris and team diagnosed and fixed the issue. They have stood by their work providing warranty service after the car threw the same codes a week after services were completed. Knowledgeable team. Fair prices. Satisfied customer. Thank you.

We were 3 hours from our home in New Mexico when we got to our hotel in Tucson, the power steering unit of our Audi dumped all of its fluid. We knew nobody in town and were on a tight time frame. We were at the mercy of "Googling" and after quite a few "no we can't or won't help you" conversations with other shops were discouraged to say the least. I saw Little Germany's # and thought a specialty shop would definitely be too busy but I called anyway. The gal who answered the phone listened to my story said, hang on...let me ask, came back and said the owner said bring it tonight and he'll look at it. He discover the issue, called me right away to give a price and time frame to do the work, the next day we were on the road!! Our takeaway was that from the first contact person to the owner and mechanics, every person had a true desire to help, it was obviously the culture at Little Germany!! We couldn't recommend anyplace any more than the humans there!! I wish all business had their attitude. Thank you all, we are grateful and won't forget the experience!!

I'm only giving 3 stars because they only work on little German cars not all German cars. Hence the name I know! Lol!

Took my Audi a4 in for some noise with the suspension, not only did they try to charge me 600$ for one bolt, they ended up telling me I had a “massive oil leak” that would cost 2 grand. If you know anything about cars you know a valve cover gasket costs like 20 dollars and it’s easy to replace. They are trying to scam you, I highly recommend not going here. And if you do make sure you know how much your repairs SHOULD cost before you go, extremely dishonest abd deceiving. Not to mention my car was in the shop for 2 weeks and they didn’t even tell me what they were replacing before I got there to pick up my car and they handed me a bill for something I didn’t even approve.

Always performed great work on my Volkswagon Touareg. Honest and trustful management staff that you can count on to service your European car. I only take my cars to little Germany and highly recommend them to others as they are a valuable asset in these times and hard to find. Much better work than a dealership.

I wanted to leave a good review but I feel like I was somewhat taken advantage of. They did the work as promised and probably did it right. My only gripe with them is that they told me to look over and diagnose my issue that it would be $150. I stressed over the phone and before dropping off the car to not charge me more than $150. Upon picking up the car I was told it would be about 315 with taxes since they had to commit 2 hours in labor.
My guy, that’s just kinda scummy overall. I’m financially struggling and we talked numerous times about it being 150. I didn’t choose to argue with you then Chris, because I just had a feeling you wouldn’t be kind and receptive to me feeling taken advantage of, and I really didn’t want to argue with you. I also didn’t take kindly to you just laughing off the extra money and putting your hand on my shoulder as a way to kinda say “well this is how it is”. Even if you did spend 2 hours on labor, we all know you don’t pay your techs $150/hour. Realistically you pay them 15-25$/hour so you pocketed so much extra money off me paying more. Even with the 150$ service fee to diagnose and look over the car, that is massively overpriced, and something you likely profit over 100$/service on. Don’t even get me started on the 300 dollar charge and how unfair that is.
Regardless, I appreciate the work and it wasn’t a terrible experience. I do definitely feel taken advantage of. Also I understand you are upset I didn’t choose your shop to spend my money at for the work, but i definitely noticed a change in tone when I said I couldn’t afford the repair through you guys. Kinda felt like you wanted me gone the second I told you I wasn’t going to be able to afford your prices for the work and that I would do it myself.
I’m not opposed to amending this review if you reach out and we bury the hatchet.

I had them replace the clutch in my 2014 beetle. Cost was near $3000. The throwout bearing started going bad 20,000 miles after they replaced the clutch. (They replaced the throwout bearing). I came to them when I was 1000 miles out of warranty. they agreed that it was a faulty part and it was bad during warranty. I asked if they could help me out at least and that I don’t need it warrantied. They said absolutely. They then call be and say that I need a whole clutch kit and it will be $2000. They said the clutch was slipping even though it was just replaced by them. 50k miles later and the clutch works fine and the throwout bearing still makes noise. Weird that this time it was cheaper than the first time when they’re replacing the same thing. Rip off. No I’m not going to call you and listen to your excuses.

Recently took my 2012 Jetta for brake replacements and could not have been happier with the service. From drop off to pick up. The front staff are knowledgeable and professional. Competitive pricing and honest feedback about what work needs to be completed vs. what can wait. Will definitely be using them for regular maintenance and repairs.
