We had them service our Grandfather clock. Prompt service and showed up at our residence on the date and time the service was scheduled. The tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. The price was very affordable. I wouldn't hesitate to use Layne's again.

I was at a loss for trying to find a very small specialty part for a clock mechanism. As a last hope I tried Layne's Clocks. They had the exact parts I needed (in under 2min!!) and couldn't be more friendly and helpful!!! Outstanding service and a breath of fresh air after dealing with online and chain stores!!
