Zero communication with his customers who placed orders. Very unprofessional business ethics. Im contacting ATF and reporting the items Ive ordered was never received transferred or refunded. Im also contacting the attorney general on my concerns with this business.

Very pleasant exchange with a knowledgeable, smart man. Great shipment to an FFL, and a good deal on ammo to boot. Just be patient with these guys ... they are independent, and therefore might take'em a bit longer than the big, price-gouging brick-and-mortar stores. Highly recommended! Would be honored to utilize their services again.

I have been calling abouty pistol that arrived there. And he has not contacted me. E-mail or phone to say anything. I wwnt to leave town but can't until I have my pistol and lock it up before I leave. It's bad business when you don't call back the person that's been calling. I called 3 times.

Chris is awesome. He is knowledgeable about everything I’ve asked him about, and patiently answers my questions. I’ve transferred many different things through him and he’s gone out of his way to take care of me as a customer. He offers very affordable prices for everything I’ve done through him, and has always gotten back to me within reasonable times. I’ve recommended several friends to use his services and will continue to do so personally.

A recent customer but have to say I am impressed with their customer service. Found them while I was looking for a Rise trigger and saw they were also having a promotion for Rise triggers. Perfect! And I was a winner! I didn't even realize that at first but the owner spent considerable time and effort making sure I knew I had won. Once I contacted him, he send the trigger off to me that same day. I will certainly keep them in mind for any future firearms business.
