I was there for almost 2 hours for an oil change that seems a little excessive to me, but I do know they were having trouble with the Lugnuts and ended up not being able to rotate the tires so this could be why I was there so long. People were friendly. It was easy to make an Appointment.

I will NEVER buy anything or even take my vehicle here for service ever again! I bought my 2020 Toyota Sienna from them 2 months ago everything was great going through the process of purchasing, but once I left it turned bad quick. I contacted them about 2 weeks ago to schedule maintenance for my vehicle when the guy answered the phone he scheduled me a week out and told me to bring it in, a few days before my appointment I needed to reschedule it to an earlier time. He then stated I NEVER HAD AN APPOINTMENT and that it was with Dodge. I told him I never purchased my vehicle @ Dodge and then decided to transfer me either way. I called back and asked why he transferred me and he couldn't even give me an answer as to why he transferred me to a dealership that I have never dealt with before. Yesterday I contacted them to let them know I have a CHECK ENGINE LIGHT on and was trying to get it serviced, they told me they couldn't get me in any time soon. I asked if they were willing to provide me a loaner vehicle since I have 4 kids that I have to transport to and from school and to after school sports. They told me that they do not provide loaner vehicles and I can FILE A CLAIM through my insurance company! I ended up calling PRECISION TOYOTA OF TUCSON and they have gone ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me. I have never been a customer to them and they made sure I had a loaner ready to go.
Come to find out my Charcoal Oil Canister is bad, when I purchased my car I purchased the EXTENDED WARRANTY, I provided my information to Precision for my warranty and guess what THEY DO NOT COVER THIS ITEM TO BE REPLACED!!
The warranty is a complete joke and the service department is absolutely terrible!!!
If I were you I would STAY AWAY from this dealership!

I made my appointment for a recall/extended warranty repair two weeks in advance. (I live 50+ miles away from the dealership) When I arrived on time, the first thing Taeylor asked me was "if I confirmed if they had the warranty part". Wow, why didn't YOU check that between the 4-5 email and text reminders you sent me in the mean time? So work, transportation plans weren't actually needed this visit after all. But, they were nice enough people. When asked if they knew the length of time to receive the backorder part, they said it could be two weeks to a month, or maybe much longer. Awesome.

Your people are very friendly and helpful. However, when scheduling appointments, it should not take 2 to 2.5 hours to complete an oil change, safety check. Forgetting to wash a vehicle that was scheduled was a little disappointing. But, I did not want to say anything, we were there at 1:45 and it was almost 5 when we got our Jeep back. Hope this helps. We will be back, we did purchase the "TCA PLAN".
