I read all the poor reviews and was prepared for a bad experience today, and an attitude at check in. It wasn’t phenomenal but it wasn’t bad at all. Check in girl (dark hair, turquoise glasses) was professional and business like. Not exceptionally friendly but also not rude. Phlebotomist was fine. I didn’t get her name. Another male employee smiled and thanked us as we were walking out. We were there without an appt for about 20-25 minutes in total. We were there around 1-1:30pm. I had read it’s busier before and after normal work hours for most people. The blood draw took no time at all. My son, who is very afraid of needles said it was easy and he didn’t even feel it, so that’s a win. I believe the customer isn’t always right and bad customers get bad service.

I go here monthly for my lab work. The staff are always friendly and try to get everyone in and out as soon as they can. I have been going here for over 6 years and it has never taken over 30 minutes.

I got lost trying to find this office. I called and spoke to the receptionist who sounded annoyed and unhappy about my needing directions. She spoke in a monotone, besides. I arrived there finally, and I walked up to reception area. She did not smile, or greet me, which I assume should be part of her job? Overall, she seemed unhappy about being there. Most of my last 30 years before retiring, I spent in customer service, so I am aware of how customers want to be treated. The front desk staff should perhaps seek employment elsewhere! The phlbotomist was nice, however! I will not be going back.

The receptionist is so rude. She seems to be bothered by people. Gives off a negative attitude. The phlebotomist was a student. She did an ok job with my blood draw, but was so silent and didn’t even acknowledge when I said thank you, upon leaving.

Front desk employee( dark hair, aqua blue colored glasses) was extremely rude at checkin. She puts out a negative vibe every time I use this facility. She needs a new job and an attitude adjustment. David in the back is wonderful. Friendly, respectful and has a great touch. Never causes any pain with blood draw. Will not use this facility again.

didn’t catch the name of the lady doing my blood, but she had curly hair in a bun/pony tail and glasses, she was truly one of the nicest workers I’ve met! talked to me about my symptoms and helped me relieve my anxiety with my allergy test. also very quick to get in, nice and easy. props to this lapcorp!

My husband recently had blood work done at this location. The check in with the QR code was so simple. The front desk clerk was very friendly. The lab tech that took his blood took her time to explain what she was doing. My husband mentioned how kind and informative she was. He has early stage Alzheimer's and isn't always treated with dignity and kindness. We really appreciated her. The location itself is easy to get to. The office could use a little updating.

Not sure what all the negativity is about! My 18 month old had to get his blood drawn. Wait time was short, people were friendly, and the lab staff did a really good job on the draw.To avoid long wait times, don’t go during peak hours (opening-10) if you’re not fasting and don’t have to! Your visit will be a lot faster.

No staff member at the N. La Cholla Labcorp location has ever once smiled at me. The technicians are competent, but icy and uncaring, more like robots than human beings.

I arrived for my 4 year old. This is was her first time getting blood work. Not only was the phlebotomist unfriendly they were extremely rude. I had brought an ice pack buzzer to numb the area. I asked to just have a minute to put it on my daughter's arm so she can would feel the needle less. There phlebotomist huffed and puffed. Then when it was time to take her blood they jerked my daughter's arm around, didn't explain what she was doing at all, and had the nerve to mock her when she was crying!! Who does that!? I specifically chose this location because it had specified pediatrics but this place is terrible and will likely ruin getting bloodwork for my daughter in the future. She was terrified!

They’re pretty quick.. i saw most people coming and going within 10 minutes.. my appointment took awhile though. I had a urine drug test. The girl told me to fill up to the black line she made on the cup. So I did. She poured it into the testing tubes and claimed it wasn’t enough. She looked at me weird like it’s my fault for not catching enough… when I filled up to the line that she told me to! So i had no choice but to wait in the waiting room til I had to urinate again. My appointment ended up taking over an hour because of her error. Maybe she didn’t put the black line high enough?.. second time, it was a guy and he seemed much more knowledgeable.
