One of the worst locations in Tucson. Disorganized, slow moving staff and the locations don’t work together so make sure you know what location your orders were sent too but if you can avoid this business at all cost!!

Went there on a Monday for several blood tests. Found a sign on the door that they were temporarily closed. No explanation, no indication when they would reopen. I had been fasting since the previous day, so I was not amused.

The place is so dirty. I went by today And when I was getting my blood drawn in room #4 the phlebotomist had a blood stain on the front of her coat. I told her and she just said “yeah” so rude. And the worst part is she was touching that dry blood with the side of her glove as she was drawing my blood. I felt so unsafe and impotent because she was already drawing my blood. I’ve been really in a mental state just thinking about the whole situation. Please get new staff with a better attitude and a new cleaning staff as well. I will not recommend this place. Just run for your life!

trash location. horrible staff. no one at front desk. as a medical professional, their bedside manner is unacceptable. miserable miserable people who have nothing better to do but make other people's life harder. they don't answer their phones and they don't bother helping you (even with simple questions) until it is your turn. never coming to this lab again. i walked out before they even called my name. if you have a hard time being compassionate and empathetic then you should not work with people!!!! hope these ladies have the day they deserve!

RUN. Just got off phone of so called patient advocate. Wrong!. I spell my name. I told her I can't talk!!!!!!! N if I try it comes out like I am yelling!!. She can't understand me. I show her what yelling is n how I am disabled w my speaking most times. She lica Lopez ignores me and my disability. She needs disability empathy training!!!!!. So I hung up. They stole my uas. They can't tell me where they r. . To me that's fraud n disrespect. To me they are a losing company. Who would want that care????Not me. I was here today for blood and urine testing.It went quickly and most importantly, the blood draw was painless. Fast, friendly, well-organized.

I wouldn't recommend this place, there's luckily one very nice lady who drew my blood once, but the other times I've gone In the staff has been incredibly rude. They are impatient, impolite, and unprofessional, so you're better of turning the corner and driving literally 1000ft to SonoraQuest.

Horrible place. They cant get results on 1 out of 9 tests and refuse to give me the results of the other 8. Customer service tells me that they don't have any idea of when the test will magically turn up. That blood is 2 weeks old. Incompetence in the lab and no customer service.

I have used LabCorp at different sites and I have always had a great experience! On 11/04/21 A.M. I witnessed a patient be extremely rude to the front desk and phlebotomist they both handled themselves in such a professional manner. I asked them each for there names, which are Margarita and the phlebotomist Heather which she also took care of me. Great job ladies!! Great patience!! I believe in giving positive feedback not just the negative. These two ladies are a great asset to LabCorp.

Made an appointment this morning for routine lab work online, it was super easy and when I got to the location I checked in the kiosk and was seen quick. I recommend coming to this location.
