This place is an absolute joke. It's impossible to get anyone on the phone and when you finally do, it's someone overseas that doesn't even speak English. What a disgrace to the industry this place is.

The staff here is excellent! Very clean facility. Always efficient and very friendly. I brought my kids here and they always took the time to make them feel comfortable. They also helped to get my labs in when I was running late. Much appreciated!

I was here helping someone else in this experience. I usually have no problems here however this specific visit was not so. While we waited there came an older gentleman who obviously doesn’t know much about technology, he was told to check himself in. I know when it’s very busy you don’t always have time to help each person who needs additional help, BUT you offer it regardless!! I have worked in the medical field for 20 years and I have never pushed aside a patient who needs help. I ended up helping this person get checked in myself, which I did not mind doing- But there were 3 staff members sitting just talking and laughing etc. and there were only 3 patients checked in our checking in. He told them that he didn’t understand and they just kept telling him -do this, look for that, etc. & wouldn’t come around to help him at all. I could see that he had no idea ? what he was doing so I took care of him. I’m thankful he was okay with sharing his personal information so that I could help him. All I’m saying is Please just be kind and don’t make older people feel inferior, be thoughtful as though they were your grandparent

This is, by far, the best lab I've ever been to. I've never waited more than a few minutes, the place is always clean, and the staff is always friendly and efficient. As long as I can help it, I will only go to this location!

Been waiting for 4 hours for a drug test. They couldn't find my ordered test so they reset my appointment time because it was in a separate system. My appointment was for 8:00am. It is now 12:20 having waited for 4 hours this is ridiculous. I have seen plenty of walk-ins and appointment holders come and go. I could have driven to Phoenix and back while doing a drug test in Phoenix during the time I have waited and am continuing to wait.

There is one guy there at the first ave office who has been so rude. Feet up on the table. Only will talk to Mexicans. I speak Spanish. Some on now. Get off your a*** Go to the Wilmot location. They make it easy. Just saying.
