They make you check in and wait in line for simple sample/order drop offs. Just waited for 30m just to hand them the bag and order. Get a drop box in the office like every other lab

Timely in attending- 4th year there- always professional and kind. I worked in a hospital for 10 years. People with health problems can be difficult and overly demanding. Labcorp personnel handle every patient with respect.

Told to be here 15 min early for 8 am appointment. Doors don’t open till 8:00. Then employee said appointments aren’t taken until 8:30. ??

(1) OFFICE EXPERIENCE As a long-time client, I prefer the Wetmore location in Tucson. You MUST always book an appointment online ahead of time as this will ensure that you will be seen before Walk-Ins. Bring your government ID or driver's license and insurance card. Check-in by going directly to the kiosk, not the front desk. All Labcorps close at 3:00 p.m. If possible, make an appointment for 2:00 p.m. and you WILL be seen sooner than if you go during the busy morning hours. That's what I do, and I never have to wait. (2) CARE QUALITY I prefer that Linda takes my blood draw because she never leaves a bruise. She's a pro and a super nice person. WHAT NOT TO DO: Don't be a walk-in; don't forget your ID cards; don't be rude to the workers. They are professionals and know what they are doing. This review is for the Wetmore location only.

Stopped by at 10am on a Thursday for an employment drug screen. Very efficient and I was in and out. The staff were very friendly too.

Second visit in a week; first visit I waited 2 1/2 hrs. Second visit I only waited one hour. Technician didn't know what she was doing, she missed the vein, drew blood from somewhere on my arm; looked and said, oh, that's not right, went over to the 2nd arm and got a good draw. She started coughing and she coughed and coughed, she was wearing a mask, but in this era of covid, when you are sick, and in the health care profession, you stay home. I will never go back to this business.

LabCorp Wilmot lost one out of four of my blood test orders. Trying to figure out who dropped the ball was frustrating. "Customer service" was of no help. Not only that, the phlebotomist who drew my blood and presumably lost the paper order that I handed her, also managed to puncture my vein all the way through. It's now bruised, swollen and very sore and I get to go back for another blood draw. Lucky me! This has delayed getting important tests results back by over a week. They seem to hire incompetent, unprofessional people. Avoid.

My experience was the complete opposite of all the bad reviews, I have zero complaints. I arrived 15 min early and did the mobile check in from my car. They texted me that they were ready 10 min before my appt, I was in a room ready for blood draw before my appt time. Both staff members I encountered were extremely friendly, and efficient. The place was very clean.
