I like this location and the staff is very considerate. I do just come by myself usually. It seems to help lessen any confusion, especially if they’re very busy.

Came to this location to get post op lab work done. Was given instructions on how to provide the sample and thought that was the end of it. However turns out that they failed to tell me to take the specimen to a completely different lab, failed to tell me that lab isn't open until 8am, failed to disclose there was a fee with said lab and ultimately my specimen is no longer viable due to time constraints and lack of communication. I've heard fast food is offering $15/hr, everyone in this location should go apply somewhere they can be this negligent. 0/5 if possible.

I had an 8 am appointment this morning. I also had a confirmation, and a reminder was sent to me. My grandson fasted and we got up early to make our appointment on time. When we arrived, we let the lab know we were there by cell phone as were instructed. No one ever contacted us. We went to the door, and it was locked with no lights on. The door said Monday-Friday. What about Saturday? We waited for a while in case employees were running late, but the only people we saw were other patients that had fasted, wasted their gas and time going there. Don't you think life is hard enough? Where's the notification? This is incompetence!!!! I give them ZERO stars.

The check-in staff were so helpful, they showed me a fast and easy way to use the kiosk. And on top of that the phlebotomist was very good, barely felt a stick! Kudos! ?❤️

The technician and receptionist in the front were not professional. Kept misleading you with the test. Charge you much more than the other places.

The lady working the front desk was excellent. She was very welcoming and professional and talked with the sweetest and most kind voice. Paola the phlebotomist who assisted me was also excellent! I will continue to use this location for any future appointments.

The front desk clerk and phlebotomist that did my blood work provided excellent customer service and had a great attitude throughout my visit. They made my visit fast, easy and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this location and would go back again.
