My boyfriend and I have been ring-shopping, mostly online, for a few months, and we popped into La Jolla expecting to get a clearer picture of what we wanted but not to walk out with a decision. Malcolm was so warm and welcoming. He is clearly and expert in his field and helped coordinate everything from the repair of an heirloom solitaire to the purchase and soldering of my new wedding band to the appraisal of everything together. We went in about 4 months before the wedding and he also helped us navigate the timing of it all. We appreciated his communication every step of the way and his friendly football banter. Last, but not least, I'm very happy with my beautiful ring! We highly recommend La Jolla!

Incredibly happy with our engagement ring and bell edging band purchase from La Jolla! They took the time to find the right stone and setting for us and helped educate us along the way, then made sure the stone was set and the ring finished before a family trip. Professional, helpful, and exquisite quality diamonds and jewelry. We even added an additional piece at the last second for my soon to be step-daughter and they were simply amazing! From the moment we walked in we felt appreciated, valued and well taken care of in all areas - a truly wonderful experience!

What can I say except that Malcom was amazing! I took my rings to be sized and of course worried about the diamonds. He helped me figure out exactly what I needed done. He kept in touch the entire time letting me know how things were looking. He is so professional and will only do business here from now on!!

Malcom & Cindy have been incredible in helping me with the whole process of getting my ring fixed. I have a unique situation where I lift weights for a living. So I managed to bang up my platinum band pretty bad and break the diamond. They handled my diamond with care and were able to make my ring as good as new again. I'm not sure how they did it but it looks better now than when I originally received it! They now have a lifetime customer.
