I switched to state farm using this agent in June. A couple weeks later, I needed to use my glass replacement coverage while driving cross country. Well, State Farm had charged my card for a full policy but had no record of my being insured. They left me stranded. Then, my policy documents arrived with my name spelled wrong and nobody I call seems able to fix it. Finally, about three months into my policy, which I paid in full, I get a bill for $50 more dollars to keep my partner as a covered driver on the policy. After three months. They bill me for more and it's either pay or lose coverage. The reps at this agency are always friendly when I call, but the agency overall seems to have a competence problem.
