Highly recommended. Their in home process is by far the most comfortable to the pet and family. Our dog Wuzzy passed so peacefully with absolutely no discomfort because of them. We are so grateful we found them.

Had to have our pooch put down earlier this week and Dr. Barrett was amazing. Very friendly, compassionate and personable. She made the experience all the more easier with her personality. Highly recommended if you ever need this type of service.

My husband, my daughter my son in law, and I…. We’re just devastated, he was our baby and so so special…. We know this is just what good dog parents must face one day…. But our day was made just a little easier, because Kelly was so companionate and caring and sat with us while we all cried, gave him treats, and two cheeseburgers (which he ate in one bite). He’s a yellow lab who LOVES food❤️but he left us knowing how loved he was… thank you for all you do during these most terrible times and being so kind… it was so nice having you come to us and letting us grieve… Kelly was wonderful

Dr. Barrett is a true gem of a person, providing great kindness and empathy when we made the heartbreaking decision to put our baby to rest. Going forward, we will always choose Kindred Spirits Pet Services for our fur babies when the time arrives. Cannot truly say enough good things about service that was provided - even sending a card of condolences days later. Thank you so much for taking care of our beloved baby girl!

We recently had to say our goodbyes to a beloved pet of more than ten years, Gypsy. It was (and still is) especially hard on my daughter who was deeply bonded and did everything with her canine companion. I am so appreciative of how the process of putting Gypsy down was handled. Adjectives such as: dignifying, kind, gentle, understanding, compassionate, professional, and empathetic would serve as just the, "tip of the iceberg" of words that would be used in a page-long praise of the process... and this company. (But I am going to keep this review to a long-ish paragraph).Basically, they made a heart-piercing and an almost unimaginably painful time in our lives bearable... we are so very thankful for their help.

I lost my sweet dog, whom was a part of our family for 14 years. I had an apportionment for pet hospice & then eventually euthanasia with a different company. My dog declined much faster than expected and passed naturally in the night, a few hours before her appointment with the other company. The other company told me they could no longer transport or cremate my dog because they didn’t euthanize her. That left me to call around and try to find someone last minute. It made a traumatic and sad situation so much worse. Then I called Kindred Spirits and they were so compassionate, helpful and kind. They were prompt and provided such kind care. The pawkeepsakes we ordered were perfect and I felt like my dog was well cared for by them after passing. I would recommend completely.

The doctor was so nice and understanding. My kitty is still alive and more active thanks to a nausea medication she gave us for him.

All you can ask for, and then some, during the challenge of saying goodbye to a beloved creature. Compassionate, communicative, consummate professionals, they put the kind in Kindred. Alice was accommodating always; Kellie said this is her calling, it clearly shows. They get all the big things right, and the little ones too...

Wow, what can I say. After 18 years I had no idea how to help my best friend move on. It was such a difficult decision but they made it peaceful for us both. I just picked up his remains and received such a kind and compassionate package with heartfelt messages to me about the loss of my pet. It is so nice to know that there are still people that care. Thank you Dr Barrett and Alice!

It's never easy to have to say goodbye to a beloved animal. This was a serene experience although sad. The Dr. Was gentle and respectful of our grief. Lots of supportive details. A comfortable couch to say goodbye. Treats for one last spoiling. Something for any animal lover. Highly recommend.

Dr. Barrett and the staff were EXCEPTIONALLY kind and compassionate. My dog passed away from a status epilepticus, but when we arrived with his body, Dr. Barrett showed sympathy and empathy and was kind in providing the time we needed to say good-bye to his earthly body. His remains and memorial items were beautifully packaged. Thank you Kindred Spirits! You deal with the hardest part of life and offer a great way to honor loved ones!

Dr. Barrett is truly an amazing person. She has given us the gift of saying goodbye at our home on two occasions. Our entire family and other pets were able to say goodbye and grieve in the privacy of our own home. These days are never easy but I could not imagine doing it any other way. Thank you Dr. Barrett for your compassion and professionalism.

Losing Gordy one month ago today was crushing. I first contacted three other pet remains handling businesses. One was closed, and I had to leave messages for the two I telephoned. Dr. Barrett answered my call, and made an appointment for me to visit Kindred Spirits within an hour. Dr. Barrett was kind and professional. I chose the services I wanted and left. Kindred Spirits and Dr. Barrett were EXACTLY what I needed then. I'm so grateful to them.

Dr. Kelli was awesome. She was kind, and compassionate, and Gentle, and patient. She gave me and my Nitwit all the time we needed. From the moment we walked through her door, she and the entire atmosphere was all about dignity and respect. Instead of fear, and guilt, and sorrow, she guided me to focus on the love, the loyalty, and the unconditional bond I shared with that little love of my life and how I was assuring him freedom from pain, and how he deserved nothing less. Of critical importance to me, never once, was Nitwit afraid. For that, and everything else, I am forever grateful. Considering the circumstances, it doesn't get any better than Kindred Spirits and Dr. Kelli. I will ever go anywhere else.
