We like our freedom. We won’t shop here because of mask policy. Otherwise a lot of product. We would have spent a lot of money here. No wonder it’s for sale. It needs new management/owners.

This store is breaking the law on two accounts, requiring all to wear masks, when my husband asked for product. The guy asked for my husband's medical records to prove his medical. That's HIPPA violation. Also his front entrance door is backwards. They will be getting a visit from the fire Marshal.

Love making a stop at Kent's Tools when I'm Tucson. They carry every kind of tool you'll ever need of you're a jewelry maker. Friendly and helpful staff!

While we were there we met really nice people who were very helpful and they offered my child a student discount on materials and supplies. Prices seemed very reasonable. And the variety of tools was amazing.

I recently started a job with a woodworking shop. I was told "order some of these from Kent's Tools" and was handed a used drill bit. I called and Melanie answered. She was extremely helpful and went over the top to provide me with information on the bit, our past orders, and said she'd make me a sample kit so I'd know what to order next time. I was very impressed with her knowledge and efficiency. I'm looking forward to stopping by next time I'm in town to say hi.

I never got to experience this store because they require you put in a mask. In a free country you have the right to wear a mask if you want and if they work so well why are you going to require that of me. Seems ridiculous with the scientific proof out there they would still require this if me. I'll take my money elsewhere.

As a novice metalsmith artist, having Ken'ts a few miles away is a godsend. I feel like a kid in a candy shop - so many tools and supplies to peruse. I have found some nice stones here as well. Staff is consistently friendly and helpful. Love shopping here.

I love Kents! Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful..kents has a huge assortment of supplies for lapidary and jewelry work, also for silver and copper/brass work. They have a small assortment of jewelry made by local artists. If the dont have the supplies you need, theyll order them for you!

This store is almost too good to believe!! Huge inventory of quality tools and lapidary supplies at super affordable prices, but the service is where they really stand out. Knowledgeable, friendly, but not overbearing, I just love this place!

I love this place! Now that star gems has closed their doors this seems to be the only jewelry tool supplier in tucson.... excellent sellection of tools and consumables! They also have lapidairy and prospecting equipment!
