Impolite sales clerk, prices not marked, sign says “buy 3 get 2 free” but then rings up all items at a price. Very confusing.

I love the huge variety of fabric that JOANN's. It can be expensive but at least they have a lot of sales. They also sell some pretty cute home decor!

Other than the fact that they charge right down to the last inch on fabrics,, even end of bolt cuts. If it says LAST CHANCE on the roll,it should only charge up to last full yard. (Extra is free) because it would be waste anyway. Customer service is top notch otherwise.

Visited this location yesterday, after going to the competitor across the street, and will never go to the other place again. Joann's employees are friendly, helpful, and they actually check you out when you're ready to leave instead of making you be a cashier, which is a nice change. Also, Jan (fabric cutter) was great!

Overpriced, and low quality. I bought a stainless steel chain and it came apart almost immediately after taking it out of the package. The lines are super long, only one cashier with ten people waiting.

What is with the ridiculous lines???? I know it's not because you don't have people....i just watched 4 employees standing around chatting while not 5 feet away 10 people were in line to Have fabric cut....only to be 8th in line to check out.

I gave this place three stars because after looking for what I needed for about 15 minutes and not being able to find a sales associate when I finally went up front and then waited another 10 minutes the person who actually did help me was amazing. But that was 25 minutes to tell me that they actually didn't have what I needed so it was a complete waste of time
