After showing up to my appointment nearly ten minutes early, it took almost two hours to do an oil change and tire rotation. They wouldn’t pull my car up (where you drop off) so I had to carry a car seat, baby, and diaper bag across the property while kicking garbage out of the way. I won’t be coming back.
