The location is a month out for repairs for cars, They claim it is due to the construction but all of the other Jim Click repair centers are just as far out. So if you bought their extended warranty you have to wait a month for service. They do not have any other locations they are willing to let you take your car for service to speed up the repairs.

Had an oil change appointment scheduled for over a month. No other Ford service is available. When I showed up on time they said they couldn't service the vehicle because of the size- Super duty. Management made no attemt to help. Wish we were told we couldn't do it when we had scheduled. Big waste of time and now my vehicle is over due for an oil change.

Got car here, Great customer service, And my salesman Big Mac did an excellent job to get us the vehicle we want, he went Above and Beyond for that. And the people from the financial department also get us a very good rate. Thank you Hyundai East in Tucson AZ. Definitely recommend this dealership to everyone.

I’m not sure what going on with the break down in customer service but it’s been horrible the last 6 mos. No one calls you back and when I brought my vehicle in for a battery issue I was having I was treated so rude by the main service advisor. I think they are overwhelmed and disorganized do to the renovation happening but the customer service has declined dramatically. I have not been able to get my car in in months to check the recalls and get general maintenance. I’ve left 3 voicemails.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HYUNDAI. Both Hyundai locations in Tucson are terrible. Once you own the Hyundai, no one can return a phone call and all semblance of customer service goes out the window. I don't know if this is standard for all Hyundai locations everywhere else, but in 3 months with 4 phone calls to each location in Tucson, we've gotten 0 returned calls. We live far out, so driving in to be told that there's nothing that they can do is inconvenient. The new Santa Fe's seem really nice, but I will never buy another Hyundai as long as we live in Tucson.

Had my car tuned up. Although they are under construction, the area was organized. I loved the shuttle experience!! A few minutes and your ride is there to pick you up. When my car was completed it took 6 minutes until my ride was outside my house to take me back. I actually had the service members cell number directly. Jim Click has an awesome Maintenance for Life policy. I probably will never purchase a vehicle elsewhere. Thank you!
