I've been here many times for battery replacement and they always take care of it immediately. I recently had a link removed from my watch bracelet, they took care of it very quickly and for just $20. I recommend this shop.

ABSOLUTELY great service from great people. ALL work done on site AND half the price of the other places I go quotes from. No reason to go anywhere else. Center diamong with all prong replacement. Oh and it was done quickly.

They had my ring for 3 weeks called to see if it was ready they said no didn’t not bother to call and let me know and it was 59 dollars to fix it rather pricey next time im going to fast fix at Tucson Mall very disappointing I picked up my ring the salesman was butt hurt about my review I guess that place cant take criticism I wasn’t going to be rude I thanked them for fixing it and I know he will respond by saying it was rude to leave this review

Went in for a watch battery replacement, thinking I would drop it off. Instead, they replaced it in just a few minutes and I was on my way. Good price, great service, and they even set the time and date on my watch.

My experience at this shop was not good. I only needed a 16mm watch pin to fix the clasp on my watchband. When I asked if they had one to spare or sell me, the gentleman tried to instead sell me a new band for $20. I said I only needed the pin to fix the band (I did not ask him to fix it, as I just needed the pin to do it myself). When he saw I was not going to buy a band, he said he would sell me the pin and it would be $5.00. I know the pins they only pay a few cents apiece for, so I thanked him for his time and left. Later I went to Sheffield's Diamond and watch repair on Oracle, and the nice gentleman I talked to not only gave me the pin for free, but fixed it (even though I did not ask him to). You remember places like this when you are looking to go back to make a purchase, and I will definitly go to Sheffield's.

I’ve spent hundreds here on watches and repairs over the years and then they refused to honor the “lifetime battery replacement” because my battery didn’t match? I’ve only had my watch repaired here, then they change their tune as they go. Watch out for them. Unprofessional with poor customer service. No wonder there is a lock and doorbell camera to greet you. Shame on you guys.

This business is a nifty little scam. I've spent hundreds here on watches and repairs (I can prove it). And so I've bought the "lifetime battery replacement" for my watches, yet they don't honor it. Refused to change my battery "because it didn't match theirs, since it's marked". I've only taken it here! And even if it was changed by someone else, you still have the obligation to honor your policy! Why would I have spent my money on it in the past? Their customer service is pathetic at best. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here.

One of the very few shops that offer same-day repair if they have the parts and open on Saturdays with an available repair person on site. My jewelry repair was done in less than an hour for a reasonable charge. Good, moderate selection of watches and jewelry for sale, as well.

Staff was very friendly, professional, and quick. Had my father-in-law's watch in for cleaning, new battery, and new strap. Very reasonably priced and it was all done in less than 30 minutes. A great experience.

So I was on my way to the airport and needed a battery for my watch. The associate, with a straight face charged me $50.00. He had already put the new battery in so I had no choice but to pay him. You can only rip people off 1 time if you intend to stay in business. It's only a matter of time. Not Recommended.
