They told a 86 year old lady they will come by at 10:00 am to pick up her dog and never show up or call she waited for an hour in the cold!! BAD service!!!!

I love how they have done my dogs hair in the past and they do such a great job... I highly recommend this very affordable awesome groomer Marla and of course Jan as well!!!

I found Jans about a year ago and I've never looked back. Marla takes great care with my little girl. I leave her there feeling like she's in good hands. And it usually only takes a couple of hour to get her back. Thanks ladies for taking good care of Fiona
