I called several Vets to take my dog in quick due to some open sores on her back, everyone I called said they didn't have any appointments soon, I saw Jackpot Veterinary on Facebook I called and they made my dog an appointment next day due to the severity of my dog's sores. My dog just had major surgery and she is doing good. They texted day to ask how my dog was doing. I drove from East side, I have found a good place for my babies whenever I need. The whole staff is awesome. Thank you..?

Absolutely wonderful care, they can frequently get you in very quickly and they are so thoughtful. They got my old man kitty in so fast to get some bad teeth pulled and even though his blood work was better than they expected they still used a different anesthetic method just so "we could all sleep better tonight" and be sure his kidneys would be ok. They also texted the next day just to check in a see how he was doing. They also gave us a complimentary vet tech appointment to make sure his sutures dissolved correctly!

Service: amazingly accommodating. My dog is reactive to other dogs and they were able to make sure she was safe and happy when leaving.
Dr. Autumn is amazing. She gave both her shots and my dog couldn’t care less. The tech team were amazingly friendly
Bonus on honesty here as well on their part. I was charged double on my visit because the initial deposits counted towards the service.
They called me and brought it to my attention and then refunded me.

The care and professionalism of the Jackpot staff is exceptional. Dr. Lindsey always goes above and beyond and has performed some incredible procedures on my mare, and despite moving hours away, she’s the only one I trust with her! I appreciate all you guys do at Jackpot for all my animals.

For 10 years Jackpot Veterinary Service has been my go to vet for any of my animals care. I feel they have always had my animals best interest in mind. I am very thankful for Dr. Smoger. There have been a couple times throughout the years that Dr. Smoger has sent me to specialists for my horses needs, which I highly respect. I appreciate her honesty, knowledge and skills.

I cannot express how truly wonderful the staff here is.
We have brought our cats and dogs here for a year or two and the vets, techs, receptionists, all go above and beyond to make sure they are taken care of. Everyone I’ve met there has been truly wonderful; you can tell they love their patients. They are transparent about options and prognoses, and more than fairly priced, and accept Care Credit which is helpful too.
We recently had to say goodbye to a very good boy, and had planned to use an at home euthanasia service so he could be in an environment that was familiar but when the time drew near, the one we had planned on using had an emergency and was unable to come, so we scheduled with a different mobile vet a day or 2 before; the day of, they stood us up and never answered or called back which was heartbreakingly awful on top of an already difficult situation; every other at-home option was booked for days to weeks. Making those calls as we were grieving was insanely painful and stressful, but we reached out to Jackpot to let them know what was happening, and they immediately got back to us, and figured out how to work us into the schedule. They guided him and us through his exit with urgency, as well as incredible kindness, care, and dignity.
I will forever be grateful to them, and I know our pup was grateful too. Dani the tech, in particular, deserves an extra thanks; when we found out he was sick, we were devastated and thought it was immediately going to be the end. She patiently taught us how to give him fluids and gave us tips, tricks, and realistic hope. On days where he wasn’t willing to let us give him fluids, we would bring him in, and she often was working and would greet him with a smile, lots of pets, and kind words. When we would stop in to pick up supplies, she would ask how he was. We got several more months with him where he was happy and healthy enough to enjoy life. It meant everything.
Thank you to the entire staff, we’re so grateful to you all for all you did and continue to do for our crew.

Dr. Lindsey Smogor is an excellent equine veterinarian and I cannot recommend her enough! We have owned horses in Tucson for over 10 years and have experiences with multiple equine vets in the area but once we found Dr. Smogor and her team at Jackpot Veterinary we knew we had found the best! She has helped us through our most happy, sad, and frightening experiences with our horses. She approaches the most difficult and vulnerable situations with compassion and dignity. She provides the most thorough aftercare and ensures we are always on the right path to healing. We are so fortunate to have found Dr. Smogor and we feel so much security knowing she is in our corner! Dr. Smogor is our go to veterinarian and everyone we have ever recommended to Jackpot sticks with Jackpot!

The Jackpot Veterinary Team is wonderful and absolutely worth the drive across town (we are on the far East side of Tucson)! They are excellent at accommodating busy schedules and work hard to fit you in for last minute appointments. I highly recommend all of the Jackpot Equine Veterinarians, but our regular vet is Dr. Lindsey Smogor.
Dr. Smogor takes care of our horses like they are her own! She provides us with the best preventative, diagnostic, and emergency medical care. Dr. Smogor is incredible as she asks for a detailed history and takes owner insights into account when working on a diagnosis for your horse. Her openness to owner feedback and amazing intuition led to the correct diagnosis of our horse with early onset PPID. She has helped us with foaling, castration, surgery, lameness, degloving, diagnosis, euthanasia, and everything in between. Dr. Smogor is equally as kind, compassionate, and professional whether you need her for normal appointment hours or on a late night emergency. We have used many Equine Veterinarians in Southern Arizona, but we are most impressed with Dr. Smogor, she is absolutely our go to equine veterinarian!
I highly recommend the Jackpot Team for all your animal needs! They are hands down the BEST veterinarians in Tucson!
