I bring my 3 dogs on a monthly basis and have never had a problem they always do a great job with them I have also left my dogs for boarding when we go out of town and never had a problem. At one point I was paying 100 dollars for one dog to be groomed, thankfully I found Jackie and i have been bringing my dogs for a little over 3 years now. Jackie is great at what she dogs and has an incredible knowledge for animals. Also very affordable!

A STRONG WARNING TO ALL DOG OWNERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!!! DOUBLE COATED DOGS SHOULD NEVER BE SHAVED AS ANY HALFWAY DECENT (not Jackie''s) DOG GROOMER KNOWS!!!!!The name "corral" is suitable to this dump! You walk in to be met by a wooden swinging door which is followed by a very long concrete hallway about 6' wide lined by chain link "corrals" the doors covered in plywood, where the larger dogs are presumably kept while waiting to be groomed or picked up, about 15 on each side (UPDATE: Just realized these "corrals" are "doggie daycare"! OMG would you leave your dog in a boarded up chain link corral with a concrete floor to pee and poop on 24/7 till your return?!?). Only guessing what's in there because there is no view, only barking and large pools of what is presumably urine leaking out on the floor into the hallway. The "receptionist" sits at a desk at the end of this long, dark hallway with a handwritten calendar and a bad attitude.I took my large breed long haired double-coated dog there for the first time and told them to keep her hair as long as possible (long haired double coated breed) and they just shaved her down from head to toe including several completely bald spots on her chest with skin showing. Then upon pickup, Jackie herself dissed our previous groomer who had NOT shaved her and to whom I now wish we had returned.DOUBLE COATED DOGS SHOULD NEVER BE SHAVED AS EVERY DOG GROOMER SHOULD KNOW!!!!!This place's prices are cheap but it's a grooming mill (conditions like a puppy mill), so many dogs in there at one time and unsanitary conditions. Wouldn't be surprised if they are also infested with ticks and fleas.A STRONG WARNING TO ALL DOG OWNERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT NOT NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE! CALL WHATEVER DEPARTMENT THAT REGULATES THESE PLACES AND GET THEM SHUT DOWN!! THAT'S MY NEXT MOVE! Update: No agencies regulate groomers in the state of Arizona! Shame on the State of Arizona! Anyone with a set of clippers can be a groomer and open a shop. How is that possible!?!

I would just like to say that I have been bringing my dogs to Jackie for many many years, she is absolutely great! Her staff is always so kind when we come in, have never had a problem with any of them. Jackie loves animals very much and takes in rescues that people dump off, she does not neglect her animals in fact she loves them very much. Do not believe any hateful comments on her about an “unhappy” customer. Those dogs that are there that she rescues are very well taken care of and loved by Jackie and her staff, she feeds them cares for them and treats them like they’re her own because they’ve been left. This place is not a doggie daycare they are rescues that she has given a place for them to be loved. Anyone that knows Jackie knows what a great person she is and how much she loves the animals. It’s disgusting to see the lies being told about this place. Myself and anyone of her longtime customers know what Jackie means to these animals.

I have spent twice as much at groomers who are half as talented. Our 12 year old German shepherd came out sparkling clean. Very professional staff. Will definitely come back.

There are many facets to this establishment, it truly is amazing the last-minute accommodations and the bargains that the owner kindly offers those in need. She really is a very caring person in many ways.. if you ever go in and things seem a bit cancel or hectic, take my word for it they're good reasons, because so much is going on in so much just trying to be accomplished, but the animals are treated very well.

Jackie is a very great person she cares for her customers. She's been taking care of our dog. Since she was a kid, she has also blessed us with a little white 7 pound doggie that was left with her, Pete is A great little dog and my girl loves him. I would recommend her to anyone for any service. . There are people that Take advantage of her kindness She loves animals and it shows. It is always a challenge. Being a business owner and trying to please everyone. I believe she does a great job.Thank you, Jackie.

This place is tick infested. The owner (Jackie) refuses to take accountability for it and claims “it is the way Arizona is”. My dog was boarded here in November, since then he has undergone multiple treatments and the ticks have multiplied. The owner refuses to cover treatment cost and extermination fees. I highly recommend anyone who cares about their pets to steer clear of this establishment. Especially service members in the Tucson area.

Our dog loves going to get his haircut, he returns home so happy and playfull. Jackie and crew are very caring and attentive as our dog is not only being, but disabled in the rear hips. I cannot say enough good things about Jackie's service, all done with love.
