Terrible service, lackluster support, and installs. I miss this place when Jordan owned it. It’s definitely gone downhill. I just had a terrible experience went into them today to complain about a shield that was for A 15 Pro Max that was put on my phone even though I had a 16 pro max and then on my daughter‘s 15 pro, they put some anti-glare stuff on it that we didn’t even want to try to say it was an upgrade for free which it’s not an upgrade. If you hate it the texture is weird. This all happened about a month ago with some heavyset gentleman that just sits there and watches movies all day and then I just left there right now. Being helped by a gentleman with a ponytail that called the manager or whoever and just agreed with her and tell her the full context of what happened and then I had to reach out to my Corperate contact at ZAGG that I’ve had for quite some time because I used to work for the company many years back while he’s waiting to hear back from Rachel and in the midst of waiting, my contact was able to send me the XTR4 for my 16 Pro Max free of charge two day delivery. I think it’s pretty ridiculous that I have to go through such extremities to get my situation fixed instead of arguing with some person at the cart that doesn’t know much about the product that he’s selling just based on what I was hearing when he was talking to customers this place is highly unprofessional and I hope it changes In the future.
