A quick glance at the store indicated that it was clean and well maintained which is always a good sign.
Once I entered the store, I was fortunate enough to make contact with Isaac who clearly forgot more about 5G wireless modems then I'll ever know. Isaac was very personable and his professionalism was on full display.
Isaac walked me through the entire process and outside of giving me the modem for free, his outstanding efforts made the entire experience as pleasant and painless as possible.

So I went back they told me to call customer service and give the emi code. So I did but customer service dragged me through a bunch of stuff that didn’t work. I went back in and the lady ashley I believe the manager got on the line with the tech I was speaking with and told them what I needed. Thank god. I probably would have talked I.
